Very good location, with a very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is a good choice if you are looking for an in-between solution, ie. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive in Prague but will still good location and good facilities. The rooms were very clean and tidy. With some further developments this can be made an outstanding options. The fridge is painfully missing in this summer period as well as the ac. These would be definitely good to have. Also the size of the shower is not very convenient. But these are just things for further development considerations. All in all, this is a good hotel, ideal starting point for walking sightseeing

The shower stall was a bit small, but the room itself was very clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of the main tourist areas. The staff was helpful and friendly. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

Hotel had free internet access for guests, good location, staff spoke good english. Good location - 5/10 minute walk from Wencelas Square.
The room had no air conditioning which meant we had to sleep with the window open and crank on the fan, even though it wasn't particularly hot outside. There's no catch on the window, so had to give up and shut it at night if it began banging in the night - making the room pretty stuffy.

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood in New Town, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. It is surprisingly close to the city center, with attractions like the National Museum and Wenceslas Square within a short walking distance. There are also plenty of nice restaurants in the neighborhood, making it convenient to find delicious meals nearby.
The hotel could provide a plug next to the mirror in the room. It may be a minor inconvenience for some guests, especially women who would like to have their hair done.

Staff were helpful and always available. Breakfast was very good. Location convenient to metro but on a quiet street. Room large enough and bed comfortable. Good free wired connection.
No a/C. Seemed odd to charge for use of the room safe.

My husband, my 1 year old and myself have stayed here several times and every time we are impressed with the value of the hotel for our money and also how close it is to the center and other places that we like to go while in Prague. As always the staff are very friendly and speak excellent English so we are able to communicate with them easily.

This hotel is situated in a quiet area and has good access to transportation. I was able to go straight down the hill and find myself very close to the metro station, which was perfect. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were also impressive. In addition, I found that the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Don't have any issues at all.
